  • International Accreditations and Certifications

    The global market requires dealing with many different norms and standards. This was fully taken into account when setting up the company’s quality management system, allowing all the usual verifications and their corresponding documentation can be accessed immediately. MÜRMANN quality management is performed in compliance with recognized procedures that meet the quality requirements of established standard regulations. Comprehensive order-specific documentation is available if requested by the customer.

  • Functionality and Safety

    The system components perform decisive load transmitting functions in structural engineering calculations. The demands for the reliable safety of these components are correspondingly high. Finite element calculations and supplementary load tests ensure maximum safety. Technical support and production of the systems takes place in Wittenburg.

  • Meticulous inspection of incoming goods

    All materials used are checked by our incoming goods inspection team for compliance with the technical specifications. As per customer requirements, we provide evidence of the materials used in accordance with ASME and DIN EN 10204.

  • Quality Assurance

    When it comes to manufacturing and logistics, Mürmann can draw on the extensive expertise and capacities of the LISEGA Group. In addition to many quality-related accreditations and certificates, the company’s accreditations as a known consignor and its authorization to use a simplified customs clearance procedure are of particular importance in this regard, since this means a considerable reduction in the delivery time of products when handling international projects. m•connect Tension rod and compression strut systems are subject to internal production control and external monitoring.

  • In-House Testing Expertise

    At Mürmann, we perform on-going quality control during the manufacturing process. These include dimensional checks and non-destructive testing. Further tests are carried out in our test laboratory LIMALAB

  • Configuration and Functional Testing

    After final assembly, our products are subjected to a functional test on special test rigs. All testing facilities are regularly inspected and calibrated by qualified personnel to comply with EN ISO 7500-1.
